当院では在宅診療の患者さん、および外来でワクチン接種を行なっております(予約制)。

在宅患者さんの、ワクチン接種

  1. 在宅診療時に、スタッフへご連絡
  2. ワクチン問診票をお渡ししますので、記入してご準備下さい
  3. ワクチンを発注
  4. 往診時、ワクチン接種(料金は引き落とし、もしくは振込となります)

外来患者さんの、ワクチン接種

  1. お電話にて接種希望のワクチン、外来に来られる日をお伝え下さい(完全予約制)
  2. 当日、問診票をご記入いただき、ワクチン接種となります
  3. 料金は現地で、キャッシュレス決済にて承ります(現金は取り扱いがありませんので、ご注意下さい)

帯状疱疹ワクチンの、早期接種も可

帯状疱疹は、身近でありながら危険な疾患です。

帯状疱疹後の神経痛に、数年もしくは半永久的に悩まれる方もおり、顔面神経に発症した場合、難聴・兎眼(目を閉じる事ができず、目が赤くなってしまう事)を伴う「ラムゼイハント症候群」を発症してしまう事もあります。

また近年では帯状疱疹ワクチン接種による、認知症リスクの減少効果についても一定のエビデンスを集めており、有効性が示唆されております。

帯状疱疹ワクチンがなぜ認知症リスクを減じるかについては、VZVに対する抑制作用だけではなく、ワクチンがVZVに対する特異的な免疫以外に、より広範な免疫システム(自然免疫のトレーニング効果や異種免疫など)を調節し、それが認知症予防に繋がっているのではないかとしています。ただし、これを裏付けるにはまだ基礎研究も不足している状況にあるのも事実です。

当院としては、予防という点において、リスクやコストに対してリターンが大きい可能性が高いと判断しております。行政の補助の対象となる65歳を待たず、ワクチン接種する事も可能としています。

インフルエンザワクチン(在宅診療時の接種) 4,000円/人

※65歳以上(静岡市在住)の方は助成金による補助があるため、自己負担1,650円に減額されます。詳しくはお尋ね下さい。

インフルエンザワクチン(産業医顧問先への接種) 5,000円/人
帯状疱疹ワクチン(不活化ワクチン、シングリックス) 20,000円/回

※2回接種のワクチンですので、2回合計40,000円です。
